Chandler, Ariz. — December 10, 2007 —Giving back is a passion and natural talent for 24-year-old Jill Stevens of Utah. She’s a nurse, sergeant in the Utah National Guard, accomplished marathoner and the reigning Miss Utah. She also recognizes the importance of giving back to her body with Isagenix’s nutritional cleansing system.

Jill prepares for marathons by cleansing for two days and taking daily nutrients.

Jill has competed in 12 marathons and holds a personal record of 3 hours, 8 minutes and 33 seconds, which she accomplished at the 2005 St. George Marathon in Utah. Two weeks before the event, Jill’s friend and 3-Star Golden Circle Associate Carl LeMarr, introduced her to Isagenix. In addition to a strict cross-training workout, she also prepares for marathons weeks in advance by cleansing for two days and taking daily nutrients. She keeps a dose of Isagenix nutrients tucked in her pocket for the marathon course. Jill also cleanses to prepare for beauty competitions including the 2008 Miss America Pageant. She always travels with a blender to enjoy her favorite Isagenix product as a meal replacement—chocolate IsaLean Shakes.

“As an athlete and confessed health food junkie, I’ve tried several kinds of nutrition bars and drinks, but nothing has compared to my experience with Isagenix. It has the most bang for your buck,” explains Jill. “Isagenix is the whole package. I feel energized and at my best, which helps me carry myself on stage or when running a marathon.”

Jill served an 12-month tour of duty in Afghanistan as a combat medic.

As a self-described “tomboy,” Jill’s commitment to community service led her to enter the beauty pageant world. She served a 12-month tour of duty in Afghanistan as a combat medic. Through speaking in public about her experience overseas, friends encouraged her to enter a local beauty pageant. As Miss Utah, she embodies values near and dear to her heart—education, fitness, leadership and service. She uses her experience with Isagenix to promote healthy weight loss and proper nutrition to fellow beauty queens, athletes and young women.
